Effective: July 1, 2000 Latest Legislation: House Bill 470 - 123rd General Assembly Whenever the county department of welfare, county department of human services, county director of welfare, or county director of human services is referred to or designated in the Revised Code or any rule, contract, or other document, the reference or designation shall be deemed to refer to the county department of job and family services or county director of job and family services, as the case may be.
