Effective: October 10, 2000 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 173 - 123rd General Assembly Each county or district tuberculosis control unit shall establish a tuberculosis record bureau, appoint a director thereof, and appoint such assistants as are required to maintain adequate records with respect to all known cases of tuberculosis within the area served by the unit.
