Effective: October 10, 2000 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 173 - 123rd General Assembly The board of county commissioners of any county may contract with the board of health of a city or general health district or any hospital or other health care facility for the provision of the tuberculosis treatment specified under section 339.73 of the Revised Code. The board shall pay to the board of health or health care facility with which it contracts the amount provided in the contract.
