Effective: October 10, 2000 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 173 - 123rd General Assembly A county or district tuberculosis control unit shall make a report to the Ohio department of health each time the unit receives a report under section 339.78 of the Revised Code of a suspected or confirmed case of tuberculosis or a case of tuberculosis that is resistant to one or more drugs. If the report pertains to an individual who is not a resident of this state, the department shall make a report to the state or local public health agency that serves the state in which the individual resides.
