Effective: October 10, 2000 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 173 - 123rd General Assembly When a county or district tuberculosis control unit receives a report under section 339.78 of the Revised Code of a confirmed or suspected case of tuberculosis, the unit shall conduct an investigation that includes personal contact with the individual with tuberculosis. The investigation shall commence not later than three working days after the unit receives the report.
