Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The fund arising from a tax levy, or the proceeds from the sale of bonds authorized to be issued under sections 345.01 to 345.17, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall be placed in the treasury of the subdivision to the credit of a fund to be known as 'The Memorial Fund.' Such fund shall be paid out on the order of the board of trustees, certified by the president and secretary of such board.
