Effective: November 2, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 222 - 123rd General Assembly Convention facilities authority bonds and notes issued under this chapter are lawful investments of banks, societies for savings, trust companies, savings and loan associations, trustees, fiduciaries, trustees or other officers having charge of the bond retirement funds or sinking funds of municipal corporations, boards of education, port authorities, and counties and political subdivisions and taxing districts of this state, the commissioners of the sinking fund of this state, the administrator of workers' compensation, the retirement boards of the state teachers retirement system, the school employees retirement system, the public employees retirement system, and the Ohio police and fire pension fund, and of insurance companies, including domestic life insurance companies and domestic insurance companies other than life, and are acceptable as security for the deposit of public moneys.
