Effective: August 1, 1975 Latest Legislation: House Bill 370 - 111th General Assembly No person shall advertise, print, publish, distribute, or circulate a circular, pamphlet, card, handbill, advertisement, printed paper, book, newspaper, or notice, or cause such to be done, with the intent to procure or aid in procuring divorces or dissolutions of marriage, either in this state or elsewhere. This section does not apply to the printing or publishing of a notice or advertisement authorized by law.
