Effective: January 1, 2025 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly The director of children and youth shall adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code governing the training an individual must complete for the purpose of division (A)(3) of section 3107.014 of the Revised Code.
