Effective: April 8, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 511 - 132nd General Assembly A person granted consent to marry under section 3101.04 of the Revised Code has the capacity of a person of the age of eighteen years or more, as described in section 3109.01 of the Revised Code, except that the person is not a qualified elector for purposes of Chapter 3503. of the Revised Code.
