Effective: October 17, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly Nothing in sections 2151.233 to 2151.236 and 2301.03 of the Revised Code shall be construed to prevent a domestic relations court from certifying a case to a juvenile court under division (D)(2) of section 3109.04 of the Revised Code or section 3109.06 of the Revised Code. Consent of the juvenile court shall not be required for the certification. As used in this section, 'domestic relations court' has the same meaning as in section 2151.233 of the Revised Code.
