Effective: January 1, 2025 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly Each child abuse and child neglect regional prevention council shall submit to the children's trust fund board a regional prevention plan for funding child abuse and child neglect prevention programs and activities based on criteria set forth by the children's trust fund. The plan shall be submitted on the form and in the manner specified in rules adopted by the department of children and youth pursuant to Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
