Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly Any interested party may bring an action to determine the existence or nonexistence of a mother and child relationship. Insofar as practicable, the provisions of sections 3111.01 to 3111.18 of the Revised Code that are applicable to the father and child relationship shall apply to an action brought under this section.
