Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly Not later than July 1, 1998, and the first day of each July thereafter, the department of job and family services shall complete a report on the hospitals that have not entered into contracts described in this section. The department shall submit the report to the chairperson and ranking minority member of the committees of the house of representatives and senate with primary responsibility for issues concerning paternity establishment.
