Effective: October 6, 1994 Latest Legislation: House Bill 571 - 120th General Assembly When a person is imprisoned in a workhouse or state correctional institution under sections 3113.01 to 3113.14 of the Revised Code, the name and post-office address of the trustee appointed by the court of common pleas under sections 3113.04 and 3113.07 of the Revised Code shall appear in the mittimus.
