Effective: August 8, 1996 Latest Legislation: House Bill 274 - 121st General Assembly Citizenship once acquired in this state by a father or mother of a child living in this state, for the purpose of sections 3113.01 to 3113.14 of the Revised Code, shall continue until the child has arrived at the age of sixteen years, provided the child continues to live in this state.
