Effective: September 8, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 359 - 131st General Assembly After an ex parte or full hearing under section 3113.31 of the Revised Code, a court may issue an order directing a wireless service provider or reseller to transfer the rights to, and billing responsibility for, the wireless service number or numbers in use by the petitioner or any minor children in the care of the petitioner when the petitioner is not the account holder.
