Effective: September 8, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 359 - 131st General Assembly Nothing in sections 3113.45 to 3113.459 of the Revised Code shall affect the ability of the court to apportion the assets or debts of the parties as provided for in the Revised Code, or the ability to determine temporary use, possession, and control of personal property pursuant to division (E)(1)(h) of section 3113.31 of the Revised Code.
