Effective: September 8, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 359 - 131st General Assembly No cause of action shall arise against the wireless service provider or reseller, its officers, employees, or agents, for any action taken in accordance with sections 3113.45 to 3113.459 of the Revised Code or with the terms of a court order issued in compliance with section 3113.451 of the Revised Code.
