Effective: January 1, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly (A) For purposes of carrying out the duties and responsibilities under this chapter, the juvenile court or the division of the court of common pleas that has jurisdiction over disputes arising under this chapter is the tribunal of this state and for the purposes of initiating a petition an agency designated under section 3125.10 of the Revised Code is also a tribunal of this state.(B) The agencies designated under section 3125.10 of the Revised Code are the support enforcement agencies of this state.
