Effective: January 1, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly If a petition or comparable pleading is received by an inappropriate tribunal or support enforcement agency of this state, the tribunal or support enforcement agency shall forward the pleading and accompanying documents to an appropriate tribunal or support enforcement agency of this state or another state and notify the petitioner where and when the pleading was sent.
