Effective: January 1, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 64 - 131st General Assembly A tribunal of this state may do both of the following:(A) Request a tribunal outside this state to assist in obtaining discovery;(B) Upon request, compel a person over which it has jurisdiction to respond to a discovery order issued by a tribunal outside this state.
