Effective: November 19, 1969 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 74 - 108th General Assembly The probation officer in every county shall, upon request of the conciliation judge, in order to carry out the purposes of this chapter, make investigations and reports and render other assistance in conciliation cases, within the limits of the powers and duties granted and imposed by the laws of this state relating to probation officers.
