Effective: October 17, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly In any action or proceeding in which a court or child support enforcement agency is determining the person responsible for the health care coverage of the children who are or will be the subject of a child support order, each party shall provide to the court or child support enforcement agency a list of any group health insurance policies, contracts, or plans available to the party and the cost of coverage under the available policies, contracts, or plans.
