Effective: December 13, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 657 - 124th General Assembly Not later than the business day after receipt of a notice under section 3121.895 of the Revised Code of a new hire match, a child support enforcement agency shall send to a person's new employer a national medical support notice if the person is the person required to provide health insurance coverage for the children who are the subject of a child support order.
