Effective: December 13, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 657 - 124th General Assembly At the same time that a child support enforcement agency sends a national medical support notice under section 3119.33 or 3119.34 of the Revised Code to the employer of a person required to provide health insurance coverage for children who are the subject of a child support order, the agency shall send a notice of medical support enforcement activity to that person.
