Effective: December 13, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 657 - 124th General Assembly During the time that any child support order issued in accordance with section 3119.30 of the Revised Code or a notice issued pursuant to section 3119.33 or 3119.34 of the Revised Code is in effect and after the employer has received a copy of the order or notice, the employer of the person required to provide health insurance coverage shall comply with the order or notice.
