Effective: December 13, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 657 - 124th General Assembly On receipt of a national medical support notice sent by an employer under section 3119.36 of the Revised Code, a health plan administrator shall complete and comply with the notice in accordance with its instructions, federal regulations, and any rules adopted by the department of job and family services under section 3119.51 of the Revised Code.
