Effective: December 13, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 657 - 124th General Assembly A child support order issued in accordance with section 3119.30 of the Revised Code or notice issued pursuant to section 3119.33 or 3119.34 of the Revised Code is binding on the obligor and the obligee, their employers, and any health plan administrator that provides health insurance coverage for either of them or their children.
