Effective: December 13, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 657 - 124th General Assembly Nothing in sections 3119.29 to 3119.56 of the Revised Code shall be construed to require a health plan administrator to accept for enrollment any child who does not meet the underwriting standards of the health insurance or health care policy, contract, or plan for which application is made.
