Effective: December 13, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 657 - 124th General Assembly If a person is found in contempt under Chapter 2705. for failing to comply with a court child support order issued in accordance with section 3119.30 of the Revised Code and the person previously has been found in contempt under that chapter, the court shall consider the failure to comply with the order as a change in circumstances for the purpose of modification of the amount of support due under the court child support order issued in accordance with section 3119.30 of the Revised Code to which the person is subject.
