Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly A court required to schedule and conduct a hearing pursuant to section 3119.66 of the Revised Code shall give the obligor, obligee, and child support enforcement agency at least thirty days' notice of the date, time, and location of the hearing.
