Effective: April 3, 2024 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly Not later than twenty days after completion of an investigation of a child support order under section 3119.955 or 3119.957 of the Revised Code, the child support enforcement agency shall determine, based on the information gathered, whether the order shall or shall not be redirected under sections 3119.9513 and 3119.9515 of the Revised Code.
