Effective: April 3, 2024 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly If a child support enforcement agency determines under section 3119.953 of the Revised Code that the child in the care of the caretaker is not subject to an existing child support order, the agency shall determine, not later than twenty days after its receipt of the Title IV-D services application or referral under section 3119.953 of the Revised Code, whether any reason exists for which a child support order for the child should be imposed.
