Effective: April 3, 2024 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly If, upon investigation under section 3119.9527 of the Revised Code, the child support enforcement agency determines that the caretaker to whom support amounts are redirected remains the primary caregiver of the child who is the subject of the redirection order or recommendation, the agency shall take no further action on the notice received under section 3119.9527 of the Revised Code.
