Effective: February 11, 2019 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 70 - 132nd General Assembly In any action in which a support order is issued or modified, one of the following shall apply, as appropriate, to ensure that withholding or deduction from the income or assets of the obligor is available from the commencement of the support order for the collection of the support and any arrearages that occur:(A) The court, with respect to a court support order, or the child support enforcement agency, with respect to an administrative child support order, shall require the withholding or deduction of income or assets of the obligor under section 3121.03 of the Revised Code.(B) The court, with respect to a court support order, shall issue another type of court order under division (C) or (D) of section 3121.03 of the Revised Code, section 3121.04, 3121.05, or 3121.06, or division (C) of section 3121.12 of the Revised Code.(C) The agency, with respect to an administrative child support order, shall request that the court issue a court order under division (C) or (D) of section 3121.03 of the Revised Code.
