Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly A court or child support enforcement agency that issues or modifies a support order shall determine the withholding or deduction requirements or other appropriate requirements applicable to the obligor under the support order in accordance with sections 3121.03, 3121.04 to 3121.08, and 3121.12 of the Revised Code and include the requirements in the withholding or deduction notices described in section 3121.03 of the Revised Code or in the orders described in sections 3121.03, 3121.04 to 3121.08, and 3121.12 of the Revised Code.
