Effective: February 11, 2019 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 70 - 132nd General Assembly Within fifteen days after an obligor under a support order is located following issuance or modification of the support order, the court or child support enforcement agency that issued or modified the support order, or the agency, pursuant to an agreement with the court with respect to a court support order, shall do either of the following:(A) If a withholding or deduction notice described in section 3121.03 of the Revised Code is appropriate, send the notice by ordinary mail or electronic means to each person required to comply with it;(B) If an order described in section 3121.03, 3121.04 to 3121.08, or 3121.12 of the Revised Code is appropriate, issue and send the appropriate order.
