Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly When a court determines, at a hearing conducted under section 3121.031 of the Revised Code with respect to a court support order being modified, that an obligor is unemployed, is not receiving workers' compensation payments, does not have an account in a financial institution, and has no other source of income and no assets so that the application of division (A), (B), or (C) of section 3121.03 of the Revised Code would be impracticable, the court shall issue an order as described in division (D)(1) of section 3121.03 of the Revised Code and shall order the obligor to notify the child support enforcement agency, in writing, immediately of the receipt of any source of income or of the opening of an account in a financial institution, and to include in the notification a description of the nature of the employment or income source, the name, business address, and telephone number of the employer or income source or the name, address, and telephone number of the financial institution, and any other information reasonably required by the court.
