Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly Except as provided in sections 3125.27 to 3125.30 of the Revised Code, the office of child support in the department of job and family services shall be the sole agency of the state responsible for the collection of all support payments due under support orders and the disbursement of the payments to obligees. The office shall make collections and disbursements in compliance with section 5107.20 of the Revised Code and rules adopted pursuant to section 3121.71 of the Revised Code.
