Effective: September 29, 2011 Latest Legislation: House Bill 153 - 129th General Assembly The office of child support shall administer a fund for the deposit of support payments it receives as trustee for remittance to the persons entitled to receive the support payments. The fund shall be in the custody of the treasurer of state, but shall not be part of the state treasury.
