Effective: March 21, 2005 Latest Legislation: House Bill 200 - 125th General Assembly On receipt of administrative charges under section 3121.56 of the Revised Code, the office of child support shall determine the charge amounts collected from obligors under support orders being administered by the child support enforcement agency in each county and distribute monthly to each agency an amount equal to the charges attributable to the agency.
