Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly A financial institution that responds to a request or provides information to the office of child support pursuant to an account information access agreement shall deduct a fee of five dollars for each withdrawal the financial institution makes from an obligor's account on receipt of a withdrawal directive under section 3123.37 of the Revised Code.
