Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly The case registry shall include all of the following information:(A) The name, social security number, driver's license number, other identification number, residence telephone number, and date of birth of each obligor and obligee under a support order;(B) Payment information including the periodic support amount due, arrearages, penalties for late payment, fees, amounts collected, and amounts distributed under a support order;(C) Liens imposed on real and personal property to recover arrearages under a support order;(D) With respect to a child support order, the name and birthdate of each child subject to the order;(E) Information obtained pursuant to an agreement under section 3121.74 of the Revised Code;(F) Any other information required by the director of job and family services pursuant to rules adopted under section 3121.86 of the Revised Code.
