Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly Each child support enforcement agency shall enter information into the case registry and maintain and update that information consistent with Title IV-D of the 'Social Security Act,' 88 Stat. 2351 (1975), 42 U.S.C. 651 et seq., as amended and any federal regulations adopted under the act. The office of child support and each child support enforcement agency shall monitor the registry consistent with Title IV-D of the 'Social Security Act,' as amended, and any federal regulations adopted under the act.
