Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 3121.76 of the Revised Code shall be fined no more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.(B) An obligor who violates section 3121.036 or 3121.24 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than fifty dollars for a first offense, not more than one hundred dollars for a second offense, and not more than five hundred dollars for each subsequent offense.(C) An employer that violates section 3121.39 of the Revised Code with respect to a court support order may be fined not more than five hundred dollars.
