Effective: December 13, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 657 - 124th General Assembly The failure of the office of child support in the department of job and family services to give the default notice required by section 3123.03 of the Revised Code does not affect the ability of any child support enforcement agency or court to issue any notice or order for the payment of support, does not provide any defense to any notice or order for the payment of support, and does not affect any obligation to pay support.
