Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly If a person to whom a notice is sent under section 3123.29 of the Revised Code fails to file a timely request for an administrative hearing, the child support enforcement agency that sent the notice shall send a withdrawal directive to the financial institution pursuant to section 3123.37 of the Revised Code. A copy of this notice shall be sent to the obligor.
