Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly If a child support enforcement agency, pursuant to section 3123.42 of the Revised Code, determines that an individual is a license holder or has applied for, or is likely to apply for, a license, it shall send the notice described in section 3123.44 of the Revised Code to the individual. The agency also may send a notice to the board that gives the name and social security number or other identifying number of the individual and states that a court or agency has determined that the individual is in default under a child support order or has failed to comply with a warrant or subpoena issued by a court or agency with respect to a proceeding to enforce a child support order.
