Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 180 - 123rd General Assembly A board shall maintain a file containing each notice it receives pursuant to section 3123.43 of the Revised Code that names an individual who does not hold a license issued by the board. On receipt of an application for a license from such an individual, the board shall proceed in accordance with section 3123.47 of the Revised Code.
